Excellent game that combines elements from X-com and Fallout. Unfortunately, it is difficult (if not impossible) to get running on modern Windows, but back when it was released, it was one of the best games I had ever played. The game has one element sadly missing from most modern games: humour. You control a group of three NATO soldiers investigating a Russian incident. The soldiers have conflicting personalities, but together they are just right for the mission.
