Playing this with a trackpad is an absolute nightmare, but I've heard the SNES mouse actually feels great to use, so I could see it controlling well on proper hardware. The later levels get kind of exhausting, especially the extra levels, but by all rights it's a decent puzzle platformer. Mostly though I just hate how this whole game sounds. The songs range from boring to obnoxious, most of the sound effects are pretty weak, and some of them even sound a little bit-crushed. Not a cardinal sin or anything, but considering how perfect the sound design is in Super Mario World, it stands out as a weakness.
