It's a bit like a shitty WarioWare game, but more difficult, less responsive. The presentation is truly bizarre and zany, so it has some value just to see what dumb shit would happen next. I liked the neo-70s deep-house inspired aesthetic (it looks like a Miguel Migs album cover all the way through), but the actual game ranges from unresponsive to frustrating. It's all frantic touch screen swiping so you can watch another 10 second cutscene about sk8r boi falling in love.
It's worth noting that this game has a pretty disgusting "grope silhouetted women with the stylus" mode called "Maniac Mode." I think it says a bit about SEGA that this was the first idea they had to utilize the first touch screen-based game console, and that's disappointing as I generally appreciate the company.
