I (also) just discovered Taylor Deupree because of your list from 2012. I like it a lot! I wanted for years to find something near to that lovely calm electroacoustic ambient as heard in the earlier works by Mountains. I think they are quite similar in a sense, don't you think? Cheers and thanks:)

Yes I really love Mountains, I'm looking forward listening their new album, always excited about their new works. But in a sense I miss that aural bliss of Sewn. So, many thanks for your recommendations, I'll surely check them out!
