My main problem with thrash has always been with the vocals. I really hate those snarled vocals (Exodus and Nuclear Assault come to mind) or those pig squeals. I don't mind when the vocals are more melodic (like Heathen) or when they verge on death metal (like the last Onslaught album).

I guess that's why I can't stand most "classic thrash" but I tend to love blackened thrash (Aura Noir!) or Death/thrash (The Crown!).
