.5 - fucking awful and a waste of time; unlistenable
1.- still pretty fucking awful
1.5 - really bad
2 - poor, but has a few redeemable quality and exhibits some potential
2.5 - enjoyable album but nothing spectacular, shows more room to grow
3 - a solid album
3.5 - something worthwhile; really enjoyable and something that you can give repeat listens to.
4 - excellent material; a satisfying album that one day could be a favorite
4.5 - superb effort- maintains a consistently heavy listening rotation
5 - essential/classic/perfect/etc... - reserved for only absolute favorites- albums that over time have proven their worth and quality.
