yeah i don't really give a fuck about the overall score, or how other people score an album. most dicks around here tand to be waaay too generous anyways. if an album isn't 5 stars, it's 4 - and a "bad" album is like 3 - it's retarded. DRD is thrifty with ratings ;)

yeah i know what you're getting at but nah - i dont translate the stars thing to a numeric rating really - doesn't really work. well - i dont think of it that way. 2 stars is more like 60% for me, kinda.

Temple of Shadows is surprisingly good so far. Better than I figured most modern power metal outside of Blind Guardian could be. Really reminiscent of Medieval trilogy Grave Digger and the most recent Helloween.

so you're pretty happy with the new BG? I haven't got round to listening to it. Heard a lot of good feedback in the scene though
