My ratings are based on my enjoyment of an album at the time. I don't really take into consideration the influence of an album while rating. I try to find something positive in every album no matter what genre it is. Because of that, I won't rate something a "2" or lower really often unless it's real bad (In my opinion, of course). Anyway, give me recs!

Haha, cheers man. Glad I could be of service. Thanks for the recommendation, I liked Invigoration but it seems they took it to the next level! To return the favor, have you checked out Upheaval? They are technical deathcore as well, but in the vein of Beneath The Massacre.

Hey sorry for the long delay, fuck my bad. And yeah I understand what you're saying.

I guess are you more fond of progressive metal/tech, metalcore/deathcore or hardcore/grindcore? There are different veins of the sound. I see that you checked out Dillinger though, and I would say their album Option Paralysis is an accessible point into mathcore.

Yeah no problem! Well if you're preference is tech-death, bands that incorporate lots of mathcore influence in their music with strong tech-death sides would be The Schoenberg Automaton, Abriosis, Lethargy and Inevitable End. Hope that's what you're looking for!
