Hi! I'm very sorry, but I don't have an Ipod, because I work in a rock music club and I listen music all the time. But I can tell you that I have almost 61,000 titles of albums in my collection. Sorry to ask you, you are from more than 2 years on RYM, why don't you have any titles on your list?
I have lot of CD's and haven't updated my rate your music profile with all I own. I also have copied CD's from friends. I filled my 80g I-Pod which I now use in the car, My 160g I-Pod is about half full. I also have 2 external drives for my MP3 files, one 320g and another 500g.
In case you were gonna ask, I have about 17,000 songs, which totals 166GB of music (about 3% of it are actual CDs). I only have a 120GB iPod, so not everything fits at the same time.
By the way, why do you go around RYM and ask everyone the same question?
I recommend getting an external drive. I really like Western Digital a lot, and it lets me have nearly a terabyte of music available as a library of sorts. (I wouldn't recommend anything made by Seagate though - their products have crashed on me and almost caused me to lose everything.)
regarding all songs on Ipod: definitely not. Most of it is stored on external harddisks, only selected stuff finds it's way to my Creative Zen mp3 player.
I have 30 GbiPod, but use it very little, and don't remember how many songs on it.
By the way, why do you go around RYM and ask everyone the same question?
Good luck!
