The free game you got with the late-era Dreamcast bundle. You played it once, thought it was a terrible Mario Party knock-off, and then proceed to Sonic Adventure, never thinking to touch this again lol

it's kinda funny that mario party 9 and 10 went on to become closer to this game than other mario partys in how they work
