Title
Honestly kind of underrated?
Secret Agent Clank is undoubtedly a pretty weird entry in the Ratchet & Clank series, but I also just think that it's neat.

Clank starring in his own adventure was pretty novel at the time (I think A Crack in Time does better at telling a Clank-centric story, even if he isn't headlining the whole game), and there are a lot of neat ideas thrown around.

Clank's loadout being a bunch of spy gadgets is a neat idea, using Ratchet for the sole purpose of arena combat wasn't a bad idea imo, and the Qwark segments were monumentally stupid, but also always charming. The character's flanderization is possibly at its strongest in this game, but the whole thing is positioned as if Clank was actually a secret agent, so it gets some leeway from me.

Not every idea works, but while I think Size Matters was stuck in Insomniac's shadow, Secret Agent Clank felt pretty fresh by comparison and I'm always bemoaning that High Impact Games just never did anything of note again after the release of Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier.
