I'M JUST FINDING OUT YOU CAN USE SEGA CD AND SATURN GAMES ON THIS

I totally should have figured Sega CD games, but since the Saturn uses their own variations of CDs with a wobble to make pirating harder, and the fact it was a direct competitor's console, I always figured they wouldn't be read. LOTS of cool/rare monster/combinations on them too!

Awesome game, kind of "esoteric" compared to other monster-collecting RPGs. The Shrine section was so freaking fun, I remember going through my dad's record collection and getting some pretty obscure monsters!

Also at the Shrine, if you put in the Quake II PSX CD-rom you get the badass Salamander,

Everytime I pick this back up to "just play a monster or two's lifespan" for a day I end up playing it for two weeks straight

The death of my first monster will always be my most terrifying video game-related memory.
