Mega Man 11

Even after beating it yesterday, I really want to go back and and play it all again, especially on the Superhero difficulty. Definitely a fantastic return to form for the Blue Bomber, and it honestly became my favorite of the Classic games after giving it some thought.

Also, it seems Capcom right about being able to clear the game without using the Double Gear system. I was able to beat around half the stages in this game without touching it once, its inclusion is handled wonderfully.

actually a cool (corp. funded?) nod to the og series, having an up and coming female composer take the reigns, but hoo boy this ost is especially dogshit.

Forgot how bad I am at these games lol

Played through the entire mainline Mega Man series over the last year with no nostalgia glasses and this was by far my favourite. The ability to map slide to a button has made this game so much more playable than past MM games.

i mean it's no mega man 2 but it's cool enough.

I hate how long there is between each game, however to their credit whenever they bring back Mega Man it feels like it was produced from a place of earnest inspiration. This and Mega Man 9, they don't feel like they were churned out because fans wanted them, they are brimming with ideas and passion.
