I can't overstate how beautiful this game is. Not just the graphical fidelity but how much love it puts into detail. 5 hours in and my first winter barely set in as I've been playing on 1x speed just watching the villagers do their thing and taking dozens of screenshots. In that regard this absolutely sets a new benchmark for this genre and nothing out right now is even close.
