Title
If it's not your thing then it's not your thing, but any fan of the casino and its games who picked up Golden Nugget 64 had to have been pretty pleased with what they got. It does what it set out to do and does it well; the presentation and menus are clean and intuitive and the fifteen games on offer play realistically and without flaw. Whilst a high-res mode would've been nice, the visuals, sound, music and voice acting combine to lend the game a relatively true-to-life atmosphere. Naturally, stakes are low given you have access to unlimited funds, but high scores and statistics are saved to Controller Pak and a four-player multiplayer option makes things a little more exciting.
