i am certain this is the canceled ps3 version, and they just quickly ported it to run on modern consoles and did a little bit of work to tie up loose ends. all of the systems other than health don't even work!
Very janky and poorly produced, but I kinda enjoyed it a lot still? At least it has some charm to it and is earnest, however it fails at painting a picture of human nature during times of natural disasters.
