One of the best multiplayers ever, campaing is just meh.

Linking When you mention an album, artist, film, game, label, etc - it's recommended to link to the item the first time you mention it. Doing so will make it easier to search for your post and give it more visibility. To link an item, use the search box above, or find the shortcut that appears on the page that you want to link. You can customize the link name of shortcuts by using the format [Artist12345,Custom Name].

Used to play this whenever I could in my uncle's laptop. So much nostalgia. I loved the France missions, especially the one when you had to rescue Cpt. Price, and Pathfinder; the British campaing was great as well, I loved the weird-ass guns you could use in it, like that one where the clip hangs from the left, or the huge gun with a curved clip on top of it (I don't know gun names). The boat mission and the one when you invaded Eder Dam gave me mad anxiety though, and the car mission when you had to make your way to an anti-aircraft gun was pretty tough. The Soviet campaign starts off with Stalingrad, one of the most memorable moments in any Call of Duty, in my opinion. After that, it slows down a bit, though, and I don't remember much of that campaign as fondly. The Pavlov mission was tough, but enjoyable, and I could do without the tank missions, but the concluding missions are all pretty great. Basically, this game kicks ass.

I just replayed this and... uh, it doesn't hold up well :/ There are some good levels here and there, but there's an utter lack of connecting tissue (you kinda just start going on random missions after the first bunch of american levels) and the level and encounter design is just wildly inconsistent
