charming game. dislike how they'd leave extra apes just to make you have to replay levels if you're going for 100 percent

the post-game ape collecting is a big let down (2 had a better idea for that), but this is easily the best AE game. I think an AE4 in the style of Kirby Forgotten Land or open-world Odyssey would really bring out the best in the series.

best ape game. has the highest high and some really dull levels. for all the character the monkes have in this game, there is a huge lack of inspiration in the levels/themes, enemy design, music. it's the only thing that keeps this from being a 10 tbh

The most underappreciated and underutilized franchise period. So much potential in another game. It's been nearly 20 years and 3D platformers have evolved a good bit. I adore this game, it's wonderful.
