Atari Interactive

Initially created as Atari Corporation's division for PC games in 1996, it was quickly shutdown before releasing any of their planned titles following Atari Corporation's disbanding into JTS, Inc. In 1998 Hasbro Interactive acquired the Atari division from JTS, and reformed Atari Interactive as a subsidiary. In 2001 Hasbro sold Hasbro Interactive (and its subsidiaries) to Infogrames Entertainment SA and they renamed Hasbro Interactive to Infogrames Interactive. In 2003 Infogrames Interactive was rebranded back to Atari Interactive.
