A man of short stature commonly found suspended midair via balloons. He has an unusual obsession with 'forest fairies' and dresses in green garb similarly to Link [リンク]. Since his first appearance in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask [ゼルダの伝説ムジュラの仮面], he has since made numerous appearances throughout The Legend of Zelda [ゼルダの伝説] franchise, including a spin-off Tingle [チンクル] franchise.
