yes, i did listen to Mel C's "Think About It"... very nice indeed. in fact, i like it better than Rock Me or Stop This Train. as for This Time, i had some favourites right from the start, but the album as a whole didn't really do it for me... over time, though, This Time has grown on me considerably. i might almost make it my favourite or second favourite Mel album (Northern Star being the other one). a good day/evening to you!

i really like seeing such a diverse selection of music in ones' rated albums. you seem to cover the gamut, like i often feel i do. from metal to dance and pop to jazz and classical and classic rock... all over the board. love it...

Very cool to hear how parents influence their kids' musical tastes. My folks didn't do that for me. They never listened to music (even tho' my mom was, and has again become, quite proficient on piano!). I was slightly influenced by friends when I was young, but mostly learned from radio and film music, then college friends exposed me to even more. Now I'm a mixed bag... :)
