Yeah no probs. Do you collect old aussie 12"ers as well? They are perhaps a rarer commonodity, but one can pick up some choice bargains if you have the time to go looking.
Fair enough, I'm still discovering weird aussie things I've never heard of. Most capital cities in the late 70s to early 90s had a thriving indie scene so there is an unending wealth of material. The 12" single was much more utilised by the big commercial labels, not to say there aren't many gems there.
I'm not as educated on the Melbourne indies scene from the old days as Sydney. Many of the prominent labels in Syd grew out of records stores eg: Waterfront, Red Eye, Phantom, was that the case in Melb too?
