You like Wider Than the Sky then? I love it! I find it so much more accessible than their first album, although I do like it. When I caught them live a couple of years back, they played a fully acoustic set, so I'm not surprised they've toned down the doom in their music.

How many languages do you speak?! I'm flummoxed by the one. I studied French at school but I'll be damned if I remember anything even remotely relevant. I loved studying English though. Well, English literature. Which is weird because I really don't enjoy reading books but I do enjoy dissecting them and writing essays. Go figure!

Oh, nice. I've met a few people on here who work as translators. One guy learned English by watching English speaking television shows. That baffles me. I suck at languages! Funny you should say that, my girlfriend had been learning Russian and she would complain about how difficult it is. I know a Croatian lass who learned Russian simply because she wanted the challenge.

Have you ever had the chance to go to Ireland? Both of my parents are originally from Ireland and I've been twice. Beautiful place. I'd love to go on a road trip across the country in the future. I believe my mother speaks Irish Gaelic. Or she used to. Might have forgotten how, I dunno.

Ha! I was so anxious before the Boro game. I suspected we might mess it up, especially as the game wore on. As you say, it would be typical of us to do so. My other half is a Boro fan, so that was amusing to watch together. She didn't expect much of them though. What positions in the squad are you hoping we strengthen this summer then?
