my rating system:

- BANGER TIER -

S - an all-time favorite. a banger among bangers. usually with a very profound narrative or statement to go along w/ it

A - also an all-time favorite, just doesn't go that extra mile further. think of an A as a 5/5, and of S as a scale-breaking 6/5

- GOOD TIER -

B - a great game, had lots of fun w/ it and mostly enjoyed it, but it's not perfect and I have some minor issues w/ it

C - a good game, might have not enjoyed it as much or maybe the issues are more noticeable and bring the experience down. still a respectable 3/5

- NOT SO GOOD TIER -

D - an average game or a somewhat decent experience that probably left me underwhelmed in some ways

E - your usual bad game, plagued by major issues, bad game design, terrible concepts etc, but at least it's playable

F - somehow goes beyond E-grade level of bad w/ how awful it is. a true failure
