Hey, my apologies for a sluggish reply - made all the more embarrassing by the fact that I can't provide you with a particularly helpful reply! I've never much been one for acoustic versions, so I don't collect them. However, Neil did Don't Dream It's Over on acoustic guitar at (at least some) shows on last year's solo tour. I've barely checked out any recordings from the tour but I'm sure there are some good ones. Then there's his appearance at the 2010 Meredith Festival, which was pretty legendary (by all accounts; I wasn't there) and has an acoustic version of Don't Dream It's Over with Warren Ellis of Dirty Three. I've seen video of other songs from that set so I presume a recording of DDIO exists too.

I'm excited for it...! But I wonder if it will really still have the magic of Tamer Animals.. not super in to the cover art or name
