Game collection
All things listed here have been bought (downloads are from EMusic or iTunes before I realised how much I really hate buying music that way). Unless something is horribly out of print and truly impossible to find there's really not much point in asking me to send you mp3s of something.
CDRs purchased are put in the normal CD section and the CDR part is left for old ripped bootlegs.
The Other section is left for box sets that have extra goodies (e.g. t-shirts) and versions of albums that have come in a book (e.g. 'Atomic Yggdrasil Tarot' by Daniel Higgs). If more things like the 'Buddha Machine' come along they'll end up in there as well.
Tags have bits of useless information, some about record labels, some about format and some about year. Also use it to keep track of releases that I'm waiting for in the post and rather than making proper use of the wishlist (because I don't like the way they're added to my collection) I've made a Want List tag and also a Would Love a Copy tag.
Ratings:
4.5 and 5 are obviously my favourites.
3 to 4 stars are good albums that I'd bring out regularly
2.5 I like but don't completely get but enjoy in parts
Albums rated with 1 to 2 stars I could usually quite happily forget about
0.5 is reserved for the single worst album I've heard.
More details on the vinyl pressings (colour/number/pressing etc.) that I own are on Recordnerd - http://www.recordnerd.com/lists/andrewbiles
