What a coincidence, btw, I just downloaded an album by Stina Nordenstam (And She Closed Her Eyes), I'll listen to it right away, I'll also take a look at Under Byen songs as well.

I checked and see that you didn't rate any Marissa Nadler or Julia Holter albums, so, as two favorites of mine, I recommend those to you, Marissa is lush and dreamy contemporary folk and Julia Holter is a ambient/art pop affair that creates some moody and captivating melodies, sure you'll like it :) Thanks for the rec and hope you find good things among my ratings!

Oh, I thought you already heard of them/some songs, but they are two of my favorites and you never rated them, anyway I hope you like them! I already heard some songs by Mylene, she's on the great list of things yet to hear, but I'll get around it. I'm getting to know some japanese singers these days, for now i'm in love with Sheena Ringo, and appreciating Miharu Koshi, Seiko Oomori and Jun Togawa, great art pop singers!

Besides the 70s classics, nowadays in Brazil, you could try Metá Metá and their vocalist (Juçara Marçal) solo albums that are among the finest from recent Brazil. Duda Brack and Céu are also among my faves from this decade from here :) Hope you like them anyway!
