dang, that's a pretty long time! We could get a drink or bite or something most likely cuz it's easy to get to the airport. You might enjoy the weirdness and scale of the Mall of America - you can take the light rail to it directly from the airport and be there in less than 15 minutes. Taking the light rail the other direction, you'd pass our real nice Minnehaha Falls park with the big waterfall and eventually get downtown, stopping just a block or two from the legendary club First Avenue where Purple Rain was recorded. The city's pretty small so getting downtown would only take probably a half hour. I can easily get anywhere near the light rail since I can see one of the stops from my office right now.

Sweet, I'll have work but could meet downtown for lunch or something. The easiest park to get to from the airport would be Minnehaha Park, you'd get off the light rail at 50th Street / Minnehaha Park Station and you'll see it right there. aw man that looks like a really pretty little town. I love the weather there, all the green trees, the air just tastes good. Great culture first and foremost, biggest metal scene in the country, very progressive and tasteful but not lifelessly gentrified though maybe that's around the corner. Lots of great parks and many with incredible views because of all the hills. It's getting more and more expensive to live there, I wonder what the seemingly impending Amazon boom will do to it. Either way, starting to apply for jobs in Seattle has been near the top of my to-do list for a while. West coast is the place to be.

I boldly predict you'll find it to be really quite nice and probably settle down there, and optimistically predict that I take a shot at moving there and we have a beer in 2019
