Oh yeah I saw he'd released an online record, not given it a go yet but will do in the near future. Yeah it's a shame those bands never achieved or produced more material. That latest Coral record I thought was completely dull. I've enjoyed reading your reviews on this site so far, keep up the good work!
I really like that new Max Romeo record, the production is spot on. Also great to hear him still preaching & being angry at the world around him all these years on.
I've lost all interest in writing music in the past couple of years. I picked up my guitar for the first time in a while recently and my fingers hurt too much after 10 minutes, RIP
ha the Led Zep twins band sounds an amusing rock & roll story! Yeah I've never bothered with bands but finding people willing to put the time & energy into writing/rehearsing & playing gigs must be a nightmare. Krburg from the soapbox seems to always be between bands, or between drummers & so on. You're probably best keeping it just you & seeing where it goes from there. I'm currently making a low-budget home horror/comedy film right now so just enjoying messing about with editing software and working out how to do things like stop motion & scoring film so that is my project at the moment, just a bit of fun in my spare time - I fully expect it to turn out shit. Can see myself returning to making music at some point though I doubt it'll be with a guitar as I never really progressed from incredibly basic chords. I have more fun with synths, samples & loops & trying to create something from that.
