I care about individuals more than I care about genres.
I like music that is both interesting and appealing to some degree. Plain pop is fine as long as it's good, but it better have some soul or I'll wear out on it in the long run. Danceability has proven a bonus lately.
I can stand some noise but nothing that gets all too grating on the ears in the long run. Dynamics rule.
