A few hours in and this is already a significant improvement over Half-Genie Hero, having more in common with the fantastic Pirate's Curse than that game. Wish the map was more useful though (as in either letting you put pins on individual rooms or providing Metroid-esque marks indicating that there's an item in the room you haven't gotten yet).
