Title
I never understood this type of game so my rating reflects that--there's nothing enjoyable about it, for me. If you get a kick out of sorting through menus managing players and watching highlights of games instead of playing them, it might appeal. The N64 version aged worse than the PC version given the PC version had patches that updated rosters and such at the time, so it's stuck firmly in 1999.
