The attempt at something approaching a horror tone is kind of cool, as is the idea of having only one enemy which evolves over the course of the adventure. That said, most of the puzzle solutions are either a little hard to take seriously (e.g. using a tiny pair of glasses as a disguise), deliberately misleading (e.g. a security system explicitly telling you it needs an ID card, when the real solution is to short-circuit it with one of your weapons) or are just complete red herrings (the special DX blaster which, as far as I can tell, is impossible to retrieve). Not to mention Hugh was already the least likeable member of PSII's cast due to being mostly useless in the original, and this game only compounds on that by making him responsible for the whole conflict of this spotlight episode.
