Painkiller: Battle Out of Hell

A lot more hitscan enemies this time around, pretty much every level does an annoying gimmick (car ride segments in Loony Park and Stone Pit for example), small hitboxes that require pinpoint accuracy (rocket launcher is pretty much useless for crowd control and hitting enemies with the stake gun can be tricky as well although it is fairly satisfying when it hits), janky physics (and not the fun kind) etc. Boss battles were notoriously awful in the main game but BooH's final boss especially takes the shitcake. Can still be a decent time but overall it's more annoying than fun for me. The first two Serious Sam games did this style of gameplay better overall honestly. If you're an absolute die hard for the main game or the Serious Sam series you'll probably dig this though. Only thing I think this has over the first game is the boltgun and the fact that there's barely any of those badly written and overly edgy cutscenes.
