Insomniac managed to up the ante and make this DLC even shorter and more pointless than the last one. This DLC has even worse side content, more annoying enemies, and terrible challenges. The first DLC was maybe 2 hours without side content, this is a little over and hour, maybe an hour and a half, and with side content its about 3 hours at most. This is the same old, trail Hammerhead and spy on him while fighting off generic thugs. This brings back the annoying Screwball challenges, but only this time they suck even worse because there are annoying stealth segments where if you get detected you automatically fail and there are cameras you need to disable with your web that will make you fail if they spot you, and these cameras will come back on after some time. Luckily they don't bring back the annoying car bomb missions from the last DLC, but there are still the annoying random crimes that mostly consist of fighting generic thugs. Instead of hidden collectibles like the last DLC, this one has gang hideouts where you fight off gauntlets of enemies, but these really aren't anything special and were in the core game. This DLC introduces annoying shield enemies that can't be hurt with normal attacks or web, and really the only effective way I found against them is either throwing something at them or using a takedown. The DLC actually has a boss fight at least, but he's pretty underwhelming and just feels like a beefed up regular enemy. MJ plays even less of a role in this and really just tells you where to go for your next mission. Black Cat gets no resolution here so the cliffhanger from the last DLC still goes unresolved, and this DLC also ends with another cliffhanger to lead into the final DLC. Turf Wars just feels incredibly pointless and like filler DLC and the reason I'm rating it so low is because it just is boring and frustrating, it just feels like mindless chores for most of the DLC and its way too short to even warrant the $10 Insomniac is asking, hell even $5 is too much for a DLC that is 3 hours tops with all side content and a little over an hour for the story. This is more cash grabbing by Insomniac and poor story writing that makes Batman Arkham Origins and Kingdom Hearts III look like Shadow of the Colossus in terms of story writing in comparison. The best part of this DLC was when I finished it and realized I never have to play through it again.

Little better than Heist, but the whole "cliffhanger for DLC bait" thing is still there so that's lame
Story was wayyyy better this time, though that's probably because Hammerhead's lesser-used appearences has lead to a more interesting story than "complicated adventures with Black Cat" for the umpteenth time
