I take back my original comment. That's the least of my problems. Fuck this fucking game. Every single hole of every single course is an exercise in sadism that demands Tiger Woods level perfect play to even bogey. Even the slightest delay to your timing is punished mercilessly and you WILL finish right near the bottom of every tournament you play the first several tries. Any shot you misjudge will fly into a hazard like there's a fucking magnet on it and every putt that doesn't have a university engineering department predicting it's slope will miss. I haven't hit the sweet spot on the swing meter even once in maybe ten hours of gameplay. I should have at least it once by a total fluke by now. The worst part is once you start a tournament it doesnt even let you fucking rage quit. Fuck this fucking godawful piece of shit game. I hate it more than it hates every human being on earth who tries to play it.
Nah. Turns out I was usually playing it after having a beer and a joint for my weekend unwind. Turns out even a slight crossfade completely ruins your reaction time. Who would have thought?
Oh, and it turns out the crappy third party controller I was using at the time.r has just enough of an input delay to render a game like this unplayable. It's actually pretty chill.
