Bloody hell, I never thought I'd see the day. It's an online shooter I'm actually good at!

I remember Hardware: Rivals being saddled with a lot of snap comparisons to Rocket League before it was even released, largely based on them both being unusual games about cars that launched on PlayStation Plus. It created a link between the two in my head that I honestly wish had never been there, because it set up an expectation that almost no game could live up to.
