Title
College Hoops is an embarrassment and pales in comparison to every other basketball game released on the console in just about every way. Modes, options and features are barebones, the presentation is low-effort and the sound design is barren, devoid of commentary. The graphics are even worse--the crowd looks absolutely horrendous, and the animation is stiff, robotic and glitchy. The latter combined with the poor frame rate make College Hoops nauseatingly unplayable.
