Dynasty Warriors: Gundam

Pros:
+ Significant fan service for fans of the Gundam series, including art and 3D models
+ Difficulty is challenging without being overly frustrating
+ Mashing through millions of dudes still feels good on a visceral level
+ Any character can pilot any Gundam, if you're into role-playing
++ Large-scale fights through environments from the show lead to some thematic battles with non-zero stakes in the story mode
++ Representation in the campaign modes from pretty much every single mainline series and a few original ones, with the ability to play both good and bad guy

Cons:
- Washed out color scheme and otherwise dull visuals
- True to musou form, the enemies outside of bosses don't put up any fight
- Single player feels hopelessly empty at times, seems like it's supposed to be played with 2 players (and getting someone to sit with you through a full length battle does not sound easy)
-- Combat is extremely limited per Gundam, with only a handful of combos available
-- Rifle is completely useless since the game lacks a proper targeting system, taking away roughly half of every character's in-show arsenal
-- Limited reward structure can feel like putting a lot of time into the game is a waste
-- Individual battles can take upwards of 45 minutes of nonstop button mashing
-- Playing good guy and bad guy from the same series really just means playing said lengthy levels twice over with very little change between them
--- Camera is way too zoomed in, can be migraine-inducing, and is hard to control
