Playing this on my phone right now. Definitely some some questionable design choices for a survival horror game, such as enemies respawning in previous rooms, but otherwise this is pretty good so far. I'm not exactly great at survival horror, so I'm not sure if I'll actually finish the game, but I'll definitely try to get as far into it as I can before I get too stressed out by it lol
It's certainly flawed, but I don't know, I found myself really engrossed in this and loving the atmosphere. It's not super difficult and it's extremely straightforward, but you can tell that a lot of heart went into making this and I appreciate that. I'll definitely look into getting a physical copy at some point. 👍
I'd say from an artistic stand-point the game's a lot more complete and enjoyable than the second Dementium, plus it's aged a lot better. But the gameplay and enemy design definitely overstay their welcome and result in a horror game that's not so much scary as it is tedious to play after a while, unless you returned to it and go through it in shorter bursts.
