Burnout Legends is basically burnout 3 for the psp. Its not the same game, as it features a whole new set of maps, but ultimatly i feel that this was made so that the psp could handle this game. Instead of races of 6 you get races of 4, the maps are much shorter and with less civilian cars on them and the game is generally much less intense when it comes to speed. Because of these points, its a much easier game to the other burnouts, and thus faster to beat as well.
It offers a very similar level progression to Burnout 3, with 5 car classes that you will unlock by getting medals in the main campaign. Its also features the famous crash mode, and its as fun as ever in this game. There is a new mode in which you play as a cop and must takedown a criminal in a given time, but this feels like a failed experiment.
Overal its more burnout, and that means its more fun. Without really innovating anywhere the team managed to deliver the burnout experience in the psp, which was really what i think they intended.
