    Why's this game so unfair? They throw you into the lion's mouth as soon as in the first couple of missions when your AC is not even close to ready to face so many enemies at the same time and they outright obliterate you.

      Funny enough the expasion, Armored Core 2: Another Age [アーマード・コア2　~アナザー・エイジ~], fixes that problem and it's so much more fun to play and progress.

      Found this one easier than the PS1 to be honest, maybe I'm already used to the controls but the missions all seemed pretty fair as long as you are willing to spend some time experimenting in the garage.

    I can't get into this one. Every mission seem to boil down into trial-and-error for the weapons I pick to see if I run of out ammo or not. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but does anyone have any tips?

      Laser blades have infinite uses during a mission and use missiles for faster weaker enemies to save ammo on your stronger weapons
