Title
It's nice to see this sort of game again, with the techno aesthetic receiving a nice upgrade and still standing out, there's not enough peripheral input between the note hitting and the track swapping, meaning you're usually one step behind the controls, a carnal sin as the game gets really hard. The soundtrack is also incredibly spotty, and for a rhythm game these days, sparse. Barely worth its full commanding price.

    Really fucked up how reviewers gave this game meh reviews because the (extremely fucking dope) soundtrack didn't have well known pop songs on it.

      While I also love this game and its soundtrack, it really misses the magic that the original soundtrack had. Most of the songs are - despite being well-written and well-produced - a little too sonically similar in a lot of ways. This is in comparison to the WIDE range of genre diversity present in the first game, not to mention the finely-curated mix of well-known acts and in-house + lesser-known artists.
