This is one of those cheaply made games to cash-in on the success(?) of a kids animated TV-show. Like most of those, this is very far from a good game. The first thing you notice that it looks like a ugly PSOne game, not like a 2007 PS2 game.
Then when you start to play in the story-mode (what is the story about? I didn't really find out, something about bad guys...) you try to take control of the vehicles. However the controls lack any kind of feeling with the driving that you do. Not that it really matters, because somehow if you push some buttons during the mission trying to point the vehicle in the right direction en shoot the bad guys you will succeed.
The missions are all very short and very much the same: Shoot some bad guys, don't let them destroy some other verhicle, succeed within the time given and/or reach the end of the map.
Very small kids might enjoy it on some level, but even for kids who are fan of the TV-show this game is a waste of time.
