The PV-2000 was a video game home computer released by
Casio in 1983 alongside the
Casio PV-1000 home console, and only available in Japan. Even though the PV-1000 joysticks function on the PV-2000, their libraries of games are not compatible. Similar to the PV-1000, the PV-2000 had a short life span and game library, being followed by the
MSX system Casio PV-7, in 1984.
