Game company
Founded in 1997, Amaze was initially known as KnowWonder. When it changed its name to Amaze in 2000, it also spawned three subsidiaries: KnowWonder (for kids and family games), Griptonite Games (formerly Realtime Associates Seattle Division, for handheld games), and Adrenium Games (for more advanced console games). In April of 2002, the company purchased The Fizz Factor.
In November of 2006, Amaze was purchased by Foundation 9 Entertainment. The company would then be merged into its former subsidiary Griptonite Games in July of 2009.
