Metroid meets El Tigre. Even being one of the more linear Metroivanias, the combat, humor, and artstyle make it so I never have a bad time with it save for hard mode but thats more skill issues on my end

hot damn isn't it weird how one upgrade makes the first game a pain to go back to A game so damn nice I bought it twice and am in the process of completing hard a second time for my PC version

maybe i don't like stalker enemies not that it matters because despite being one of the harder games in the series to revisit in my opinion, it almost always feels great to.

Just about the perfect Metroid game, taking all that made its predecessors great (and fusion, too!) and welding them all together for a simply delightful experience from ass to elbow. I don't need to tell you that this is the ideal way to play the original Metroid, you already knew that lol

metroid blast is more than worth whatever price of admission

Come for the speedrunning fun, stay for how well this game nails the show's style
