I listen to a lot more music than I rate, but only post ratings for music that's relevant to my taste. It would be unfair to rate tons of stuff 1 star just because it isnt my thing.

For movies, I rate everything I watch, but obviously dont want to waste my time with bad movies.... thus again, content bias.
