jazzusklisto is the death metal guru of newer stuff as well as old stuff. He usually adds quite a bit of newer stuff. I will add stuff in death metal if I really like it, but I don't listen too nearly as much as he does. If you think he will like something newer based on his ratings and favorite bands, give him a shout in his comment box.
so, youre a huge power metal fan after your friend introduced you, huh?...that's a good thing. I've been into those genre for a long time, and there are a lot of people on here who can help you branch out. Have you listened to Blind guardian's discography yet?....they are one of my favorite. I like avantasia as well....cheers :)
Thank you, and even for me the black metal list is going pretty slowly, I'm also prioritizing the death metal a lot more. But I'm planing to catch up on some newer releases this week otherwise everything is just going to pile up.
thank you! I try to be thorough with my writing, and I like getting a bunch of different stuff in there. I'm probably going to get a blog if I get enough of a following. Right now I'm happy with what I have though.
Thanks for the suggestion on Avulsed. I like Avulsed and that's a spiffy cover by Juanjo Castellano. I don't think it makes the cut for my list though when I consider the unforgettable covers that Avulsed have put out in the past ("Stabwound Orgasm," "Gorespattered Suicide," "Nullo," "Ritual Zombi".) Plus, I like the covers for the new albums by Sathanas, Horacle and Corrosive Carcass that Juanjo Castellano did this year even better than the Avulsed one. I'd still appreciate anymore suggestions you think I'd like.
