there's nothing similar between Panda Bear and animal collective besides the vocals and beach boys influence.
1. It's brevity, which is a rarity in the bloated hip-hop genre. No skits/interludes as well.
2. The sound. I don't know why the hell Ye decided to go industrial on us all, but I am so glad he did. I have a thing for industrial synths and beats, and Yeezus brought both in spades, along with a cool experimental vibe.
3. The songs are amazing. I could list them all, but everything except I'm in It and Send it Up ranges from great to infuckingcredible. The first four tracks and Bound 2 are my absolute faves.
